I can't seem to find the place where to update the MI band 6 in the xiaomi wear app. Edit: Found a way. Force Stop the app and then open it. It shows a pop up for updating. Keep looking. Another way I found was to reboot the band. This made the Update pop-up in Wear appear. Rebooting the band didn't work for me.
